Kira Milanich, WCMT (#824-046) is the owner of Massage East. She received her massage therapy training at A SpiriTouch Institute of Madison in 1998. She is state and nationally (NCTMB) certified and is a member of the Associated Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals (ABMP). Based on the individual needs of each client, Kira integrates techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue massage, Myofascial Release, Reiki and Cranio Sacral Therapy. She is also trained in La Stone Therapy.  

Teresa (Tracy) Braaksma, WCMT (#1449-046) graduated from the Arizona School of Integrative Studies in June of 1997 and has been practicing massage therapy ever since. She has extensive experience in Swedish massage and Deep Connective Tissue massage. Tracy also is trained in sports massage, La Stone therapy, Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi massage, Reiki, Raindrop therapy, and most recently Myofascial Release. 

Jamie Lynn Nendza, WCMT ( #2690-046), is a graduate of the Blue Sky School of Professional Massage & Therapeutic Bodywork of Madison, as well as a member of the International Massage Association. She is both state and nationally (NCTMB) certified. Her speciality is relaxation massage, however she incorporates at least a minimal amount of therapeutic work into each of her massages. Depending upon the individual needs of her clients, she may integrate a combination of Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, Lomi-Lomi (Hawaiian massage), Polarity and/or reflexology. Other modalities she offers are lymphatic massage, Gua Sha, and mothers massage. 

Ajay Rao, WCMT (#2288-046) graduated from the Northern Lights School of Massage Therapy in Minneapolis in 2000. His certifications include national (NCTMB), state, and Neuromuscular Therapy- American Version. Ajay is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). He has taught massage and is currently studying CranioSacral Therapy. His techniques
include Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, cross-fiber friction, positional release and neuromuscular therapy. His training includes the analysis and treatment of headaches, jaw pain, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, knee pain, as well as pain and fatigue due to postural distortions. He has worked in a chiropractic clinic as well as a spa, so he enjoys doing relaxation massage as well as in-depth specific work. 

Karen Streif, WCMT (#2681-046) received her massage therapy training at the Lakeside School of Massage Therapy of Madison. Her modalities include Swedish relaxation massage, Myofascial Release, Creative Joint Mobility, and Reiki.  She is both state and nationally (NCTMB) certified. She believes that every massage is therapeutic because relaxation is a first step to relieving stress and creating overall good health. 

Terri Yapp, WCMT (#2354-046), is a graduate of A Spiri Touch Institute of Madison. She is state and nationally (NCTMB) certified and a member of the
Associated Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals. Her specific modalities are Swedish massage, Raindrop therapy, Reiki, trigger-point therapy, and most recently she has completed a course of study in thai massage. Her goal as a massage therapist is to assist her clients in achieving a balance of body, mind, and spirit. 

Chris Kloppenberg, WCMT (#2723-046) graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 2000. She is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and is nationally certified (NCTMB). She has taken a variety of continuing education courses including: CranioSacral I; Myofacial Release; Pathology for Body Centered Therapists; Zero Balancing; and, Hand and Wrist Longevity. She specializes in therapeutic deep tissue massage and may incorporate a variety of modalities to provide the most healing treatment for each individual. Chris is also excited to offer expecting mothers a relaxation massage utilizing the popular PREGO pillow. This cushion allows women to lie on their stomachs even in the last stages of pregnancy. Chris hopes her clients recognize that massage is an integral part of a lifestyle focused on health and wellness..

Chuck Nenzda, WCMT (#2953-046) is a graduate of the Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork in Madison, WI. He is nationally certified and a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). Having studied many different styles and modalities, Chuck may use any or all of the following techniques in a session (depending on the needs of each client): Swedish, deep tissue, lomi lomi, neuromuscular therapy, lymphatic, polarity, raindrop therapy, reflexology, hot rocks, craniosacral therapy and pregnancy massage.
