Gift Certificates
Gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase. They must be redeemed for the time listed and will not be divided into appointments
of shorter duration unless the recipient agrees to pay the difference in cost.
They may be transferred to another person within one year of purchase, but may not be refunded for cash.
No Shows and Late Cancellations
Time is a very limited commodity; once lost it cannot be regained.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please allow at least
24 hours prior notice. Failure to do so, may result in a 60% charge for the missed appointment. We
reserve the right to implement a fee for 100% of the scheduled appointment time if it happens frequently.
This policy also applies to clients scheduling the redeemption of a gift certificate.
If the appointment is broken without proper notice, the recipient is entitled to
the remaining 40% of the value of the gift certificate. The entire gift certificate
is forfeited if it happens a second time.
A credit card number is required to secure an appointment that is 1 1/2 hours or longer
in duration and for the scheduling of 2 or more persons at or near the same time.
We realize that acute illness, hazardous weather, and family emergencies represent
special circumstances for which a fee will not be charged. We will go out of our
way to be fair and respectful of your time and ask that you do the same.
